The project was started in March 2008 with socialization of the project to all the Sukowati village communities. Then Yayasan Titamae is continued to determine 11 people to involve in the project activities. In April 2008 this 11 people were trained on how to practice agroforestry system in marginal lands. Some experts from Pattimura University were invited to train the participants. After 2 days training, involved people of the project are prepared seeds of agriculture crops and seedlings of forest crops. In the second week of April 2008, a hectare of marginal land is cleaned and in the first week of May 2008 some seeds of agriculture crop are planted. Based on the Table 9 indicated that almost all project activities of Yayasan Titamae in Sukowati have conducted, except of the sub activities such as: planting and maintenance of crops in agroforestry system which only has reached the realization of 20 %. The second monitoring in September 2008 showed that planting crops has reached target of 100 % realization, while crops maintenance are only reached 80 % (see Table 10).

Based on data of second monitoring (Table 10) showed that from May to June 2008, all crops have planted. Both the agriculture crops (taro, cassava, beans, banana, coconut) and forest crops (Agathis, Pterocarpus and Durian) have planted based on the planting map which designed by the expert.
