The data of the table 11 showed that only one from 3 main activities has conducted in the first three month of the project activities. The sub activities of the study program were done in April 2008 (study on the interaction between village communities and forest resources). 12 local people were included in this activity, and the study interviewed 20 % communities of the Uwen village and its surrounded small villages for getting data The other activities of this project have planned to conduct from May to September 2008 (see table 12) and this data are based on the second monitoring in September 2008. Table 12 showed that all project activities have done with different percentage of realization. The map of forest land borders between the land owners are still in the process to finish, but based on the evaluation it is reached about 50 % in realization. The workshop was conducted in July 2008 and it was participated by 46 communities, 20 prominent figures of the village and 12 local custom figures. The proceeding of this workshop has planned to publish in October 2008.
